THE FIRST AI COFFEE-MAKING ROBOT IN HAI PHONG OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED AT VINHOMES VU YEN

On October 19-20, 2024, within the framework of the event “Beautiful Hai Phong Sister: Bright Soul – Radiant Character” organized by Vinhomes Joint Stock Company, Anh Consulting and Auditing Company Limited (ACAC) cooperated with partner beat Corp (Korea) to successfully install and operate an automatic coffee maker using artificial intelligence robot – beat 3X right at Vinhomes Royal Island Project – Vu Yen Island, Hai Phong.

Korean technology – First experience in Vietnam

The beat 3X machine is the third generation of automatic coffee making robots by beat corp. – a pioneer in the field of FoodTech and Retail Automation Platform – developed.

Integrated with AI technology and i-MAD Platform, beat 3X not only makes drinks with absolute precision but also manages the entire operation, ordering and maintenance process via the AWS cloud computing platform

The system includes Japanese DENSO robots, Swiss Thermoplan coffee machines, and Korean support equipment – ​​all of which are 100% new, officially imported, and quality tested before installation.

With a smart modular design, the robot can serve more than 300 cups of coffee approval/day, operate 24/7 without direct staff. Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) technology helps robots “greet” and “recognize” users’ faces, bringing a friendly and modern feeling to customers
