ACAC Training Services – a subsidiary of Anh Consulting and Auditing Co., Ltd. – is responsible for developing management capabilities for enterprises both domestically and internationally, with a vision to become a trusted strategic training partner. The center was established with the mission to accompany customers in building a modern governance foundation, an effective control system, compliance capabilities, and ESG in accordance with international standards, closely following Vietnam’s legal framework. Based on the core values of Integrity – Standards – Practicality – Effectiveness – Partnership, ACAC designs programs based on the philosophy of “Learning by Doing,” standardizing and localizing content based on industry context, using real case studies and process simulations directly on the students’ data. The training results are measured at various levels and linked to competency KPIs, accompanied by a toolkit/template for immediate application and a coaching mechanism after the course. The center implements flexibly (in-house, public, online/blended) to ensure timeliness, effectiveness, and cost optimization for the Board of Directors, senior management, and specialized departments.
