Ms. Mai Anh, Chairwoman and CEO of ACAC Consulting and Auditing Co., Ltd., has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles including Director, Head, and (Deputy) Manager in audit, tax advisory, and corporate financial management solutions. She spent 10 years at Vietnam Auditing Company (VACO), one of the leading auditing firms in Vietnam and a member of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, one of the Big Four global auditing firms.

She possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in providing tax, accounting, audit, and corporate advisory services to a wide range of multinational companies operating in Vietnam under various investment structures. Her client portfolio includes banks, manufacturing enterprises, and domestic and foreign-invested service companies.

Ms. Mai Anh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Academy of Finance, a degree from the University of Foreign Languages, and a Master’s degree in ESG. She has been granted by the Ministry of Finance the following professional certifications: Certified Public Accountant, Appraisal Certificate, Tax Consulting Practising Certificate. Ms. Mai Anh is a member of the CPA Australia, as well as the Vietnam Federation of Accountants and Auditors, and Vietnam Tax Consultants’ Association. She has participated in international training programs in Hong Kong, Singapore, and other locations, organized by global financial associations, along with professional development programs conducted by Vietnam’s Ministry of Finance.

Mr. Hung brings over 25 years of extensive professional experience in the fields of accounting, auditing, and tax consultancy. He has been directly involved in the executive management, administration, and quality control of services delivered to clients. He combines extensive technical knowledge with years of hands-on experience delivering accounting, auditing, and financial advisory services to companies operating in Vietnam under diverse investment structures and business models.

His extensive practical experience includes direct participation and quality control in key areas such as: (a) auditing financial statements of listed companies, public companies, and those required by law; (b) auditing the finalization reports of completed projects funded by state capital or other organizations; (c) auditing compliance of projects financed by the World Bank and ADB; (d) internal audits for numerous major domestic and international corporations; (e) consulting on corporate governance models. Mr. Hung holds primary responsibility for developing audit strategies and overseeing audit procedures.

His client portfolio includes state-owned corporations, large economic groups, and enterprises in the construction, finance, manufacturing, trade, and service sectors.

With nearly two decades of professional experience, Ms. Hằng oversees operational management, quality assurance, and the optimization of service delivery across accounting, tax advisory, financial consulting, and investment consulting. She is directly responsible for designing implementation plans aligned with client objectives and internal quality standards; organizing resource allocation; and supervising progress, scope, cost, and quality. She also ensures strict adherence to professional procedures, ethical standards, and applicable legal regulations. Her approach emphasizes measurable outcomes, proactive risk management at the pre-assessment stage, and continuous improvement informed by client feedback.

Professor Faiz Shah has over 30 years of international experience in ESG, sustainability, and responsible business advisory. He has held senior leadership positions at global academic and development institutions, including serving as Executive Director of the Yunus Center at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT).

Professor Faiz Shah has advised governments, international organizations, and multinational corporations on ESG frameworks, sustainable supply chains, and governance standards. His professional engagements include collaboration with leading institutions such as the World Bank, UNDP, ADB, ILO, and UNIDO. With deep global expertise and strong practical insight, he works closely with ACAC to support clients in aligning with international ESG standards, driving sustainable growth, and creating long-term value.

Mr. Tran Quoc Bao is currently the Managing Partner of Pantheon Law, with over 15 years of experience in legal advisory, ESG, and sustainable development. He is the first lawyer in Vietnam to obtain a Master’s degree in ESG from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT).

Mr. Tran Quoc Bao advises a wide range of multinational corporations and Vietnamese enterprises on ESG risk management, sustainability strategy development, and compliance with international standards, particularly those of the European Union (EU). With a strong legal foundation and in-depth expertise in ESG, he plays a pivotal role in supporting businesses in aligning with global standards and achieving long-term sustainable development.

With over 15 years of in-depth experience in accounting and auditing, Mr. Dong Xuan Thanh is one of ACAC’s key leaders, directly overseeing and managing the operations of the Hai Thanh Branch. He has led numerous large-scale audit engagements, conducted quality reviews, and advised on financial and accounting systems for both domestic and international enterprises, particularly in the manufacturing, trading, and investment sectors.

Mr. Thanh plays a pivotal role in implementing professional standards, building consistent audit methodologies, and enhancing clients’ financial governance capabilities. With nearly 20 years of experiences in the accounting and auditing profession, Ms. Nguyen Thu Ha is one of the key experts at ANH Consulting & Auditing Company Limited (ACAC). She has directly participated in and led numerous audits for domestic enterprises and foreign-invested companies operating in Vietnam, while also overseeing audit quality review in accordance with professional standards.

In her role as Head of Audit Department, Ms. Ha is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the entire audit process; advising clients on the development and improvement of their accounting and financial systems; and providing expert input on strategic planning and organizational optimization. Mr. Bui Minh Vuong is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 10 years of professional experience in the accounting and auditing field in Vietnam. Throughout his career, he has participated in and led numerous financial statement audit engagements for both domestic enterprises and foreign-invested companies across a wide range of industries. This has enabled him to build extensive expertise in accounting and auditing standards as well as regulatory compliance requirements in Vietnam.

At ANH Consulting & Auditing Company Limited (ACAC), Mr. Vuong serves as Deputy Head of the Audit Department, where he directly manages audit teams, develops audit plans, and oversees the execution of engagements from initial assessment and planning to fieldwork and report issuance. Beyond audit activities, he also advises clients on strengthening their accounting–financial systems, internal control procedures, and governance solutions tailored to the operational characteristics of each enterprise.

Mr. Vuong is also one of ACAC’s key contributors in internal training.
